In this 20-minute online module for leaders, participants will learn about the introductory period and the important role leaders have to ensure associates successfully onboard and complete their IPR (Introductory Period Review). Two checklists are shared during the online module, one for leaders and one for associates, as well as a Stay or Go Checklist, leaders can use to evaluate whether a new hire will be effective long term.
