Wound images and measurements will be captured using Mobile Wound Imaging. Clinicians will be able to create a case that attaches the wound photo into the medical record under the attachment section of the chart. Wound assessments and measurements (length, width, depth, undermining, and tunneling) will be documented in PointCare using the ICC section.
