This Module demonstrates documentation of assessments in MedConnect PowerChart. Opening an assessment using the AdHoc button allows the nurse to document in numerous sections as they assess the patient. Instructions include navigation through the sections of the PowerForm and the fields that are used to complete the patient assessment.
