Our Childbirth Preparation class is an interactive, lamaze based course that focuses on assisting moms and signifcant others in preparing for their labor. The class includes anatomy and physiology, partner's role, relaxation and breathing, medications, cesarean sections, and after baby care for mom. A tour is scheduled during the class.

Personalized preparation for your birth experience that include: what to expect at each stage of labor, how to work with your labor, possible interventions, some comfort measures and a tour of the perinatal department. All questions are welcomed. Taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator.

A lunch break will occur after the morning session. Please bring your own lunch or you can go to one of our restaurants on campus. Registration is required, no walk-ins allowed.
