Objectives
- 1. Describe age related changes in each body system of the older adult
- 2. Describe how age related changes affect the five senses in the older adult
- 3. Identify way to care for older adults experiencing age related physical and sensory changes
- 4. Discuss ways to best communicate with older adults and their families
- 5. Develop increased empathy, broader awareness and more positive attitudes toward older adults
