To assure those who register MedStar patients understand their impact on the Revenue Cycle and financial success of Medstar.
Students will learn how utilizing the Search America tool can assist in customer service improvement and timely billing.
It is critical to verify insurance registration to avoid denials and non-payment of services. During this session, a review of HDX will help to enhance the insurance verification process.
