This course is desinged for anyone who registers and/or updates accounts in Invision.
Objectives
- It is critical to verify insurance registration to avoid denials and non-payment of services. During this session, a review of HDX will help to enhance the insurance verification process.
- Students will learn how utilizing the Search America tool can assist in customer service improvement and timely billing.
- To assure those who register MedStar patients understand their impact on the Revenue Cycle and financial success of Medstar.
- To share real MedStar patient experiences resulting from inaccurate registrations that will assist in improving patient satisfaction.
