Audience: New MedStar Health Leaders
The purpose of this 2-day workshop is to introduce the MedStar Health performance management model to new leaders and to practice the skills to manage performance effectively.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- set direction or plan for performance for all associates
- review progress through Mid-Year Check-In to determine accomplishments and any course corrections needed
- assess results at the end of the year to determine the impact on the organization, and
- provide coaching and feedback throughout the year.
