Learning Mindfulness Meditation can help laboring moms deal with the pain and anxiety sometimes felt during the labor and delivery process. This classes will focus on meditation techniques and breathing that will help calm the mind, relax the body and teach you how to deal with the sensations of a contraction. This is a 6 week workshop.
