MedStar Health Associate performance is one of the most important factors in creating a successful MedStar Health system as we strive to serve our patients, the community, and each other. Talent Manager enables each of us to track our own performance and recognize the successes of our fellow Associates, while providing MedStar Health Leaders with an on-line tool to use for evaluating their team members and themselves.
Talent Manager Training for Associates and Leaders is a class for both Associates and Leaders that covers:

Adding action steps to system-wide goals in Talent Manager

Navigating the Mid-Year Check-In and Year-End Review forms in Talent Manager
Please note that the first 1 ½ hours of this two hour class is for both Associates and Leaders. The last half hour is designated for Leaders or anyone else responsible for completing a performance evaluation on another team member and includes the following additional topics:
