MedStar Leader of the Future: Top 2000 Leadership Development Day Three—The Journey Continues—is the third day of MedStar’s four-day program to build a line of sight for leaders in support of its vision as the trusted leader in caring for people and advancing health and MedStar 2020. Day Three expands on the teachings offered during Days One and Two by focusing on the importance of being a change leader, and centers on one of MedStar’s key leadership competencies—Catalyzes Innovation—and its vital role in the MedStar Leader of the Future model—Who You Are drives What you Do and How You Perform.
