Objectives
- Assess the level of risk associated with crisis behavior and appropriately manage such risk
- Determine the appropriate measures to avoid, decelerate, and/or de-escalate crisis situations
- Identify behaviors that indicate escalation toward aggressive and violent behavior
- Identify where and when to report incidents of workplace violence and bullying at MWHC
- Learn strategies and skills needed to manage aggressive behavior and intervene in crisis situations
