- Define Inpatient Surgical Readiness Program(ISRP) and the program goal
- Identify barriers that ‘stop the line’ when not completed on the inpatient unit and how it impacts workflow
- Identify, acquire and utilize the tools created to assist in preparing the patient for surgery
- Identify the roles of the unit’s Nurse Educator, Informaticists and PCM in the ISR Program
- Identify the role and pathway to the unit ISRP Liaison
