On May 14, 2018, Recruitment departments across MedStar Health will transition to a new, upgraded platform of HealthcareSource formerly known as Hiring Manager/Position Manager. The new system now known as ATS - HealthcareSource will be an integrated applicant tracking system based off of position control and focused on the candidate experience. 

In order to ensure all hiring managers are trained to utilize this new software, MANDATORY training will be conducted the week of May 7 (see SiTEL for dates, times and locations).  This 90-minute training will cover how to submit a requisition as well as how to review applications and submit feedback.  Hiring managers will be required to attend one of these sessions in order to access the new system. 

Note in the new ATS system you must be in a PeopleSoft (PS) recognized leadership position in order to enter a requisition into the system which will be a change in process for some of our departments.  If you have a question as to if you should attend the training or who in your team should attend please contact your Human Resource Generalist or Nurse Recruiter.

May 7 – May 11                                                                         No requisitions will be posted during this time
