Objectives
- Confirm MedStar Health’s commitment to providing a work environment that is free from harassment.
- Define prohibited behavior.
- Describe the responsibilities of leaders, Human Resources, associates in reporting and responding to harassment complaints.
- Identify the channels and procedures for reporting and responding to harassment complaints.
- Identify where to access the MedStar Health Workplace Harassment Prevention Policy.
- Recognize that retaliation against anyone who reports or assists in the investigation of harassment complaints is strictly prohibited.
- Review each section of the MedStar Health Workplace Harassment Prevention Policy.
