- List examples of restraint alternatives and describe the purpose of alternatives to restraint use.
- Describe examples of behaviors warranting the use of violent and non-violent restraints.
- Explain the requirements for obtaining an order for restraints and/or seclusion.
- Describe proper application of violent and non-violent restraints.
- State the requirements for the face-to-face evaluation for violent and non-violent restraints.
- Identify criteria for removal of restraints and/or seclusion.
