Objectives
- Identify goals of screening for suicide risk in acute and non-acute settings
- Evaluate data, terminology, environmental risks, and safety strategies related to suicide
- Determine the content and frequency of required screens and/or re-assessments in each clinical area: ED, Inpatient, Outpatient/Clinics
- Determine the SI screening process
- Provide a suggested follow-up plan based on assessed level of risk
