  • List examples of restraint alternatives and describe the purpose of alternatives to restraint use

  • Explain the requirements for obtaining an order for restraints and/or seclusion
  • Describe the application of restraints to violent and non-violent behavior
  • State requirements for face-to-face evaluation for the application of restraints to violent and non-violent behavior
  • Identify criteria for removal of restraints and/or seclusion
