Healthcare is evolving, as we continue to meet the demands of our patients.  With consumer driven focus, we find patients seeking acute care needs through urgent care and emergency room departments.  Patients are entering into rehab sooner seeking help to address their musculoskeletal aches and pains.  This discussion will focus on the pearls and potential pitfalls of treating the acute pain patient and how telehealth consults will partner our therapists with our physiatrists to provide comprehensive care planning for patients.
