The MWHC Critical Care Bridge Program (CCBC) is a 16 week comprehensive onboarding program for nurses who wish to specialize in Critical Care.  Orientation consists of an online learning system administered via AACN ECCO modules, and in person classes 8 hrs/week from weeks 4-12, and multiple bedside shifts in ICUs with preceptors.
