Fundamentals of Change Management – Virtual Course for HR Professionals Only (Elective): In this two-day, online course for HR Professionals, participants will be introduced to: MedStar Health’s 6E approach to change management and the Change Management and Organizational Development’s Center of Expertise (COE); change management knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA’s) to support the participants’ current role/competencies; change practices and the factors that drive change management return on investment (ROI); the interconnection between change leadership, change management and project management outcomes; the HR professional's role on a project; and orient themselves with tools to help support change efforts within their organizations and teams.
