Objectives
- Participants will be able to state pressure injury prevention and interventions for each Braden subcategory.
- Participants will demonstrate correct measurement and staging of wound on a model/mannequin.
- Using the Braden Risk Assessment Tool, participant will be able to identify patients at risk for skin breakdown and/or pressure injuries.
