• Perform accurate navigation and documentation in the following sections: PRN, Demographics, Entitlement, Physical Assessment, Diagnoses, Interventions/Goals, Pathways, Client Meds, Plan of Care supplies/DME, Order Supplies, and Client Calendar.
• Demonstrate successful completion of the OASIS questions within Physical Assessment.
