MedStar Health new associate orientation: In this 1 hour and 30 minute on demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Health’s mission, vision, values, brand promise, and how to create a positive experience for our patients, communities and the principles of a high-reliability organization. Additionally, MedStar Health’s new associates will learn policies and procedures, personal and professional development opportunities, and benefit eligibility and options.

MedStar Montgomery Medical Center new associate orientation: In this 1 hour on demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Montgomery Medical Center’s history, President’s welcome, introduction to MedStar Montgomery’s operating system (MMOS), and how to focus on continuous improvement and respect for people.  Additionally, MedStar Montgomery Medical Center’s new associates will learn about their role in infection prevention, and how to navigate through environment of care.
