The myPerformance for Leaders – Part II learning bundle contains five online modules that provide more indepth knowledge of the myPerformance approach, highlights the importance of coaching and feedback, the three different performance conversations you may have, an overview of the elements of performance and actions you should take during the performance cycle. Each module takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Leaders are provided access to downloadable Participant Guide that contains reference materials, tips and other resources from all seven modules (leaders only need to download the Participant Guide once and are encouraged to save it or print it for future use). It is recommended that leaders consume the modules in short “sittings” (outlined in the Participant Guide welcome statement) to ensure the best learner experience and ensure retention.

- Leader is able to successfully coach and provide feedback in performance based, development based and difficult conversations.
- Learner is able to respond effectively to coaching and feedback and use it for improvement, growth and development.
- Learner understands the elements of performance at MedStar Health, the balanced approach and is able to write SMART goals.
- Learner understands the importance of development at MedStar Health and that they are required to write an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Leaders and associates understand their role and responsibilities during Q2 and Q4 check-ins and Year End Evaluations.
