Objectives
- At the end of this session the learner will be able to:
- Demonstrate communication scripting to include the CARES model, HEART service recovery model, MedStar Health's HRO principles as well as Crothall's EVS - Eye contact, Voice projection and Smile.
- Demonstrate proper donning and doffing of PPE.
- Demonstrate proper hand hygiene.
- Demonstrate the 13 step High Profile Cleaning process for an occupied inpatient room.
- Demonstrate the cleaning process for a discharge patient room.
- Demonstrate use of the Virtual MGR work flow tool.
- Demonstration infection control measures while cleaning a Enteric Precaution discharge room.
