• At the end of this session the learner will be able to:
• Demonstration infection control measures while cleaning a Enteric Precaution discharge room.
• Demonstrate the 13 step High Profile Cleaning process for an occupied inpatient room.
• Demonstrate the cleaning process for a discharge patient room.
• Demonstrate proper hand hygiene.
• Demonstrate proper donning and doffing of PPE.
• Demonstrate communication scripting to include the CARES model, HEART service recovery model, MedStar Health's HRO principles as well as Crothall's EVS - Eye contact, Voice projection and Smile.
• Demonstrate use of the Virtual MGR work flow tool.
