Objectives
- Participants will:
- Understand the appropriate use of the 3 service behaviors; Offer Warm Greeting, Actively Engage, and Close with Care;
- Understand that as fully engaged members of MWHC’s ONE TEAM, we are responsible for upholding the new Service Behavior Standards to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and each other;
- Certify that they understand the Standard Service Behaviors and will demonstrate these behaviors in every interaction moving forward.
