MHUC Patient Services University Training aims to outline and accumulate the lessons that a patient service coordinator (PSC) will need to learn within a 1 month start at a MHUC location. Goals are to limit the frequency of errors that are occurring through the revenue cycle processes due to front desk processes by educating the PSC, while addressing the errors occurring in the revenue cycle process. The orientation also aims to address the customer service training needed to be a successful PSC at MHUC.
