Objectives

- Evaluate a patient with hypotension following ST-elevation myocardial infarction.
- Manage a patient in cardiogenic shock.
- Manage a patient with supraventricular tachycardia.
- Manage a patient with ventricular tachycardia.
- Recognize normal coronary anatomy on standard views during left heart catheterization.
