MedStar Health Leaders are required to assign and submit a rating for each associate. This course breaks down the year-end process for leaders into three easy steps. As a scenario-based learning activity, this will give leaders the opportunity to practice effective and consistent application of the myPerformance rating scale. Leaders will be able to select between a clinical and non-clinical path, enabling them to choose a more relevant learning experience. 

By completing this course, leaders are ensuring they are fully prepared to evaluate associate performance, deliver feedback, and strengthen relationships.  

This course should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
