  • Formulate an appropriate assignment based on number of nurses, patient care technicians, and their related skill mix 
  • Identify quality indicators used to track patient outcomes. 
  • Implement strategies for service recovery and conflict resolution
  • Review obstetric and neonatal emergencies and the appropriate clinical interventions
