This is the required education modules for all associates functioning as a sitter at MFSMC.
Objectives
- differentiate between a sitter and safety rounder
- differentiate between sitter-only and CNA sitter responsibilities
- identify correct documentation in the Patient Close Observation Record
- verbalize understanding of suicide precautions
- verbalize understanding of the sitter responsibilities and the "Sitter and Safety Rounder Policy"
