Course Description
This comprehensive course is ideal for those looking to improve their leadership & management capabilities, effectively manage teams, and drive organizational success. This case study and scenario-based framed course examines current issues and trends faced by healthcare managers and leaders and will provide tools to effectively and efficiently get the “work” done.

Advanced – Includes in-depth theory, concepts, and applications of information and/or techniques that are presented beyond the Essential Level which includes core theory, concepts, and applications.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation on or before 3/30/2024 will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation on or after 4/1/2024 result in $125 cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation on or after 4/22/2024 result in no refund.
