Our new patient mobile app called ERAdvisor. The patient will be sent a link where the patient can login and track their wait time and progress in real time. It also contains useful information about our facility.
 
The patient does not have to download anything. Just click on the link and input in your name and date of birth. You can track your visit as well as share your visit and wait times with your loved ones through the application. If the patient needs to use our Wi-Fi to connect their phone, the patient will be provided with the MedStar Patient network connection link.
