- Describe different learning styles.
- Identify the components of a SMART goals.
- List principles of effective communication.
- Demonstrate communication skills when dealing with interpersonal-conflict issues that arise during orientation.
- Define empathy.
- Discuss the 5 principles of "Emotional Intelligence".
- Discuss how the trainer role effects "Patient Experience" scores.
