This one- hour live session has two parts, both focused on the patient experience.

Our Patient Experience department has developed a presentation providing you with more information on how to create consistantly caring moments for our patients and visitors with a focus on some best practices, understanding the post-hospitalization survey, and service standards.

Child Life will also be presenting information around the Hope for Henry project that we would like to bring to the pre and post operative space. Katie will present more details on how we can implement this for our pediatric patients!
