In this in-person simulation session, learners will have the opportunity to rotate through several stations simulating patient counters, both in the inpatient and outpatient settings, followed by a debrief and individualized feedback and teaching by pediatric faculty members. Learners will have the opportunity to engage in experiential learning by first practicing clinical skills in the simulation, followed by reflective observation, and finally conceptualizing these skill sets through discussion with skilled faculty.
