About this Course: This activity will be a 1.0 contact hour Live lecture for nurses. The purpose of this session is to educate nurses/techs/staff on best methods to utilize when handling work place violence at MUMH and MGSH. The goal for the session is to have participants recognize and identify best practices when handling work place violence and to support them in using these methods.
