This is an optional 2-hour workshop deigned for leaders, especially newly hired and newly promoted leaders. It is intended to support the development of effective coaching and feedback skills. It is highly practical, which means there is less emphasis on the philosophy and process of MedStar Health’s myPerformance approach, and more focus on applying an effecting coaching and feedback mindset and tools. This workshop is delivered live using MS Teams with two facilitators and integrates the use of AI simulation for practicing a leader-associate performance coaching and feedback conversation.
