This course is designed to observe system function and staff response in a Code Blue emergency for the pediatric population. Participants will respond to an announced code blue pediatric scenario. Following the resuscitation process debriefing of the team will be lead by members of the Pediatric Code Team committee. The debrief will focus on team management principles, the use of SBAR & application of the appropriate AHA management guidelines. The goal is improve the knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently and effectively manage a pediatric code blue
