About this Course: These pre-recorded on-demand presentations describe and discuss the basics of the game of rugby – beyond lateral passes – as they pertain to rehab and return to play considerations. Content focuses primarily on rugby-specific movement patterns of the scrum, ruck, and tackles. Learners will be able to: formulate basic rehab progressions for a rugby athlete across the return to play spectrum, understand basic components of unique player positions and events, understand motor pattern and load requirements or rugby players at each position, comprehend physiologic demand of positional groups.
