The Neonatal Orientation and Education Program (NOEP) is a comprehensive, evidence-based education program designed to provide nurses with the theoretical knowledge needed to deliver holistic, family-centered care in neonatal settings. It consists of 16 narrated modules.

- Apply a systematic approach to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of neonatal conditions across body systems, including respiratory, cardiac, gastrointestinal, endocrine, neurologic, hematologic, and renal disorders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in performing and managing neonatal clinical procedures, including respiratory support, nutritional therapies, diagnostic evaluations, and pain management, with an emphasis on safety and evidence-based practice.
- Incorporate ethical decision-making, informed consent, cultural sensitivity, and interdisciplinary collaboration to advocate for newborns and their families in a technologically complex and emotionally sensitive care environment.
- Provide supportive and respectful care to families in crisis, including those experiencing perinatal loss, by recognizing the psychosocial impact of NICU hospitalization and fostering effective parent-infant attachment.
- Support the physiologic, neurodevelopmental, and nutritional needs of preterm and late preterm infants
