- Define the principles and purpose of Crew Resource Management (CRM) in the context of ground ambulance ALS and critical care transport operation
- Demonstrate assertiveness and advocacy techniques that support patient safety in hierarchical or high-pressure settings
- Enhance situational awareness by identifying cues in the patient, environment, or team that may indicate a need to act
- Explain the importance of team building, role clarity, and mutual respect among paramedics, nurses and EMTs during transport operations
