In this course, users will learn how to view and/or add Workers Compensation information to the Appointment Data Form (ADF) and update the Visit Insurance Follow Up fields.  In addition, end users will also add or edit commercial insurance by accessing the Managed Insurance Screen and then update the coordination of benefits (COB) when needed. This process can be followed by by a 3rd party team such as Syntriq. An assessment is also included and 80% or more is requried to pass.
