About this Course: This live course is designed for nurse preceptors who are vested in learning preceptorship acumen, with multi-modal curriculum that addresses: the preceptor identity and roles, theoretical underpinnings of preceptorship, competency assessment and competency-based evaluation, nurse residency programming, administrative responsibilities of preceptorship, constructive feedback, and performance management.
