- Modify a patient’s environment to reduce fall risk.
- Recognize the signs and factors of fall risk among hospitalized adult patients.

- Use the ABCS method to determine a patient’s risk factors for an injurious fall.
- Use the Morse Fall Scale to accurately determine a patient’s fall risk.
