This course provides a comprehensive introduction to electrocardiogram (ECG) rhythm interpretation, tailored for medical-surgical nurses and other healthcare professionals. It covers the fundamental principles of cardiac electrophysiology and teaches systematic methods for analyzing ECG tracings. Topics include identifying normal sinus rhythm, recognizing common arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and heart blocks, and understanding the clinical implications of various rhythm disturbances. Through interactive lectures and hands-on practice, medical-surgical nurses will gain the skills needed to confidently interpret ECG rhythms in clinical settings.
