About this Course: This live course is designed for nurses who are vested in developing their preceptorship acumen, with multi-modal curriculum that addresses: the preceptor identity and roles, theoretical underpinnings of preceptorship, theoretical frameworks behind precepting, generational differences impacting precepting, competency assessment and competency-based evaluation, nurse residency programming, administrative responsibilities of preceptorship, Tiered Skills Acquisition Model (TSAM), bedside shift report, constructive feedback, and performance management.
