- Distinguish basic functions of InsightRx; recognize when flattened prior modeling, steady state indicators and import PK parameters should be used in InsightRx; appropriately triage error alerts in InsightRx
- Identify patients who may be ESRD, dose and monitor vancomycin in patients on HD, and state best practices in communication
- State the appropriate workflow for pharmacy to manage patients receiving IP vancomycin
