- Learn how to access and login to Invision, master navigating to Collector Workstation and the Revise Review pathway, identify the information found on each screen, master the process of adding and removing insurance, understand the fundamental processes utilized in Collector Workstation, learn how to update the coordination of benefits, and understand how to utilize HDX to verify insurance eligibility and benefits as well as understand the different types of HDX responses.
- Learn how to login to OneContent, understand the different documents found within the application, navigate the menu bar, learn to search for a patient, understand the assignments and tasks, and learn to fax/upload/download documents within OneContent.
